Once this is completed and installed, all you need to do is phone us on (03) 365 1669 or A.H. (03) 359 4333. You then click on the "Connect" button and within a minute or so you will see us controlling your mouse on your screen.
You can also contact us using Email or MSN Messenger.
The above will only work if you can connect to the Internet and works best if you have a high-speed connection. The software will work using Dial-up but it is very slow. If you cannot connect then we will need to resolve this problem over the telephone or visit us to work on the machine.
