ICT Skills Benchmark (TM)
The ICT Skills Benchmark(TM) program is for anyone who wants to certify their computer skills. ICT Skills Benchmark(TM) provides a foundation for the effective use of ICT products and services.
Pre-tests and post-tests are included to identify training needs, recommend an appropriate learning path and assess learning outcomes. Achievement of results over 80% in randomly selected post test questions awards the learner with a Learningfast Completion Certificate. This Certificate can also be customised to include your logo.
The ICT Skills Benchmark(TM) consists of eight competencies:
1: Information Technology Concepts
2: The functions of a Personal Computer
3: The Internet and Networks
4: Searching the Internet Effectively
5: Word Processing
6: Spreadsheets
7: Presentations and Drawings
8: Databases/Filing Systems
‘Searching the Internet Effectively’ was written by information professionals.
All core MS application training is available in a number of versions and always kept up to date.
